Hailed as “a knockout performer” by The Times, Singaporean-British mezzo Fleur Barron triumphed at the San Francisco Symphony in the title role of Kaija Saariaho’s opera Adriana Mater in a production helmed by Peter Sellars and Esa-Pekka Salonen, and at the Aix-en-Provence Festival as Ottavia in Monterverdi’s L’Incoronazione di Poppea. She is a current Rising Star of Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw and an Artistic Partner of the Orquesta Sinfonica del Principado de Asturias in Oviedo, for which she will curate/perform multiple projects across several seasons. A passionate interpreter of opera, chamber music, and concert works ranging from the baroque to the contemporary, Fleur is mentored by Barbara Hannigan.  

Critically acclaimed by virtually every major outlet covering classical music, American mezzo-soprano Jamie Barton is increasingly recognized for how she uses her powerful instrument offstage – lifting up women, queer people, and other marginalized communities. Her lively social media presence on Instagram and Twitter (@jbartonmezzo) serves as a hub for conversations about body positivity, social justice issues, and LGBTQ+ rights. She is proud to volunteer with Turn The Spotlight, an organization working to identify, nurture, and empower leaders among women and people of color – and in turn, to illuminate the path to a more equitable future in the arts.

Possessing a voice of uncommon allure, the Grammy® Award-winning mezzo-soprano Kelley O’Connor is one of the most compelling performers of her generation.  She is internationally acclaimed equally in the pillars of the classical music canon – from Beethoven and Mahler to Brahms and Ravel – as she is in new works of modern masters – from Adams and Dessner to Lieberson and Talbot.

In the 2022-23 season, Kelley O’Connor joined Jaap van Zweden and the New York Philharmonic to open the renovated David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center in a gala performance of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony and other performances of this work brought her together with Gianandrea Noseda and the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center, Xian Zhang and the San Francisco Symphony, and with José Luis Gomez and the Tuscon Symphony Orchestra. She has also performed with symphony orchestras in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Dallas, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minnesota, Nashville, St. Louis, and Seattle.

In the 2023/24 season she will make her debut at the Deutsche Oper Berlin as Laura in La Gioconda, Frugola, Zita and Principessa in Il Trittico and Pauline in Pique Dame.

Other roles this season at the DOB include Fricka in Rheinhold and Walküre, Waltraute in Götterdämmerung and the alto and mezzo-soprano solo in a scenic Matthäuspassion and the Verdi Requiem, the latter with the Staatsballett Berlin.

Baritone Benjamin Appl is celebrated by audiences and critics alike for a voice that “belongs to the last of the old great masters of song” with “an almost infinite range of colours” (Süddeutsche Zeitung), and artistry that’s described as “unbearably moving’”(The Times). Former Gramophone Award Young Artist of the Year, Appl was a BBC New Generation Artist 2014-16, a Wigmore Hall Emerging Artist and ECHO Rising Star in 2015-16. He signed exclusively to Sony Classical 2016-21 and began a multi-album deal with Alpha Classics from Autumn 2021.

Internationally renowned as an opera and concert conductor of distinction, Harry Bicket is especially noted for his interpretation of baroque and classical repertoire and since 2007 has been Artistic Director of The English Concert, one of Europe’s finest period orchestras.

Donald Runnicles is the General Music Director of the Deutsche Oper Berlin and Music Director of the Grand Teton Music Festival (Jackson, Wyoming), as well as the Principal Guest Conductor of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. He was named Conductor Emeritus of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, having served as its Chief Conductor from 2009-2016.

Ran Dank is one of today’s most ardent advocates for contemporary music. In recent seasons, he has performed Kevin Puts’ piano concerto Night, the Tobias Picker concerto Keys to the City, Frederic Rzewski’s The People United Will Never Be Defeated, William Bolcom’s Pulitzer-winning set of Twelve New Etudes. Alongside his wife, pianist Soyeon Kate Lee, Ran debuted the world premieres of Frederic Rzewski’s Four Hands, and Alexander Goehr’s Seven Impromptus.

The pianist Julius Drake lives in London and enjoys an international reputation as one of the finest instrumentalists in his field, collaborating with many of the world’s leading artists, both in recital and on disc.

His passionate interest in song has led to invitations to devise song series for Wigmore Hall, London; The Concertgebouw, Amsterdam; 92nd Street Y, New York; and the Pierre Boulez Saal, Berlin. He curates an annual series of song recitals – Julius Drake and Friends – in the historic Middle Temple Hall in London. Julius holds a Professorship at Graz University in Austria for Music and the Performing Arts, where he has a class for song pianists. He is also a Professor of Collaborative Piano at the Guildhall School of Music in London. He is regularly invited to give masterclasses worldwide.

Zoltán Fejérvári has emerged as one of the most intriguing pianists among the newest generation of Hungarian musicians. He won first prize at the 2017 Concours Musical International de Montréal and is a recipient of a 2016 Borletti-Buitoni Trust Fellowship. He’s given recitals throughout Europe and the Americas at venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York City and the Place des Arts in Montreal, Gasteig in Munich, Auditorium del Lingotto in Turin, Biblioteca Nacional in Buenos Aires, Palau de la Música de València, and Liszt Academy in Budapest.

Pianist Kirill Gerstein’s heritage combines the traditions of Russian, American, and Central European music-making with an insatiable curiosity. These qualities and the relationships he’s developed with orchestras, conductors, instrumentalists, singers, and composers have led him to explore a huge spectrum of repertoire, both new and old. From Bach to Thomas Adès, Gerstein’s playing is distinguished by a ferocious technique and discerning intelligence matched by an energetic, imaginative musical presence that places him at the top of his profession.

Pianist and multi-keyboardist Jacob Greenberg’s work as a soloist and chamber musician has received worldwide acclaim. A longtime member of the International Contemporary Ensemble, he has performed throughout the Americas and Europe. In his home base of Berlin, he directs Close Range, a teaching venue with diverse keyboards for canonical and modern repertoire. His touring concert series, Keyboard Play, spans centuries of music through period-specific and anachronistic instrumental mediums in a colorful historical dialogue.

Acclaimed by Opera News as being “among the top accompanists of her generation” and “…a colouristic tour de force” by The New York Times, Grammy® Award-nominated pianist Myra Huang performs in recitals and chamber music concerts around the world.

Highly sought after for her interpretation of lieder and art song as well as her depth of musicianship and impeccable technique, she regularly performs with acclaimed opera singers around the world. Recently, Huang performed in recitals throughout the U.S., including The Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, The Kennedy Center, The Aspen Music Festival, Hill Auditorium at the University of Michigan, Shriver Hall at Johns Hopkins University, and The Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center.

Simon read music at King’s College, Cambridge before studying piano accompaniment with Michael Dussek at the Royal Academy of Music and later with Ruben Lifschitz at the Fondation Royaumont. He is currently professor of collaborative piano and a vocal repertoire coach at the Royal College of Music, London where he also in charge of the collaborative piano course. Since 2003 he has been an official accompanist for the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World Competition. He has given masterclasses at the Mozarteum, Fondation Royaumont and La Chappelle, Belgium.

Pianist Katia Skanavi’s combination of Greek-Russian cultural roots and Central European musical traditions results in music-making with a unique blend of spontaneity, intuition, and erudition.

A Greek citizen born in the former Soviet Union, Skanavi is based in Moscow and Berlin. Equally active as a soloist and a chamber music partner, she’s appeared worldwide with conductors such as James Conlon, Kurt Masur, Sir Yehudi Menuhin, and Jaap van Zweden. Skanavi has collaborated with the major orchestras in Russia and, internationally, with the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, Camerata Salzburg, Kremerata Baltica, the Orchestre National de France, and the Cincinnati, Dallas, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Tokyo symphony orchestras. She’s also presented recital programs in Amsterdam, London, Madrid, Vienna, and New York. Skanavi has partnered with Gidon Kremer in concert-duo performances and on a recording, and she’s played sonatas with Leonidas Kavakos and Yuri Bashmet.

Swiss-born American pianist Gilles Vonsattel is an artist of extraordinary versatility and originality. He’s the recipient of an Avery Fisher Career Grant and the Andrew Wolf Chamber Music Award, the winner of the Naumburg and Geneva competitions, and a laureate of the Cleveland, Dublin, and Honens competitions. He’s appeared with the Munich Philharmonic, Philharmonisches Staatsorchester Hamburg, and Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Montreal, and San Francisco symphony orchestras, and he’s appeared in recital and chamber music concerts at the Ravinia, Lucerne, Bravo! Vail Music, and Santa Fe Chamber Music festivals; Chamber Music Northwest; Music@Menlo; Tokyo’s Musashino Hall; and London’s Wigmore Hall.

Since winning his gold medal win at the 13th Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in 2009, Haochen Zhang has captivated audiences in the United States, Europe, and Asia with a unique combination of deep musical sensitivity, fearless imagination, and spectacular virtuosity. In 2017, he received the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant, which recognizes talented musicians with the potential for a major career in music.

Zhang has appeared at many of the world’s most esteemed festivals and venues and with many of the world’s leading orchestras. His engagements have included the BBC Proms with the China Philharmonic and conductor Long Yu; The Philadelphia Orchestra with Yannick Nézet-Séguin; the Munich Philharmonic with Lorin Maazel on a sold-out tour in Munich and China; the Sydney Symphony Orchestra with David Robertson on a tour of China; the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra with Thomas Hengelbrock on a tour of Tokyo, Beijing, and Shanghai; the Mariinsky Orchestra; the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse; the Israel, Japan, London, Los Angeles, New York, Taiwan, and Warsaw philharmonic orchestras; and the London, Frankfurt Radio, San Francisco, Seattle, and Singapore symphony orchestras. Paolo Bordignon is the harpsichordist for the New York Philharmonic. In the 2022–23 season, he appears with the Philadelphia Orchestra, American Symphony Orchestra, Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, and Mark Morris Dance Group; Camerata Pacifica; and the New York City–based orchestra The Knights. Recent engagements include performances with the Boston Symphony Chamber Players, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra musicians, the All-Star Orchestra, Lincoln Center’s Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra, ECCO (the East Coast Chamber Orchestra), and The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. He’s also appeared at the Bard Music Festival in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York; on the Parlance Chamber Concerts series in Ridgewood, New Jersey; and at festivals in Aspen, Bridgehampton, Jackson Hole, Palm Beach, and Vail. He’s also been a frequent recitalist at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, where he’s held a 10-concert residency.

Judith Gordon explores diverse repertoire in collaboration with an exceptionally wide range of solo artists and ensembles. She was a member of the percussion-based Essential Music, focusing on the American Experimental tradition, and has been soloist in works from Bach and Ravel to Cage and Boulez with groups including the Boston Pops Orchestra, Boston Modern Orchestra Project, and Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra.

A noted champion of new music, violinist and composer Tom Chiu has performed over 200 premieres worldwide by influential composers such as Virko Baley, Julio Estrada, Oliver Lake, Alvin Lucier, Roscoe Mitchell, Somei Satoh, and Henry Threadgill, among many others.  He has also worked closely with free jazz innovator Ornette Coleman, with whom he appeared at the Walker Arts Center in 2005.

Strongly influenced by the “anything-goes” philosophy of the fluxus art movement, violinist Tom Chiu founded FLUX in the late 90’s. The FLUX Quartet,”one of the most fearless and important new-music ensembles around” (San Francisco Chronicle), has performed to rave reviews in venues worldwide.

The riveting American violinist William Hagen is a seasoned international performer who’s appeared as a soloist with many of the world’s great orchestras, including the Chamber Orchestra of Europe and the Chicago, Frankfurt Radio, and San Francisco symphony orchestras, among many others. He’s been hailed as a “brilliant virtuoso” and “a standout” by The Dallas Morning News, while the Chicago Classical Review has praised his “glowing tone,” “virtuosic pyrotechnics,” and “poise and maturity” as a player. In 2015, Hagan won third prize in the Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels, making him one of the most successful Americans in that prestigious competition’s history.

Recipient of the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant in 2015 and Lincoln Center Award for Emerging Artists in 2017, violinist Paul Huang is considered one of the most distinctive artists of his generation. In 2012, in a review of Huang’s recital debut at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, The Washington Post called him “an artist with the goods for a significant career.” In 2016, following Huang’s recital with pianist Jessica Xylina Osborne at The Phillips Collection, The Washington Post praised him again, noting that he “possesses a big, luscious tone, spot-on intonation and a technique that makes the most punishing string phrases feel as natural as breathing.”

Daniel Jordan is the concertmaster of the Sarasota Orchestra and the principal second violinist of The Santa Fe Opera Orchestra. He’s also the director of artistic planning for the Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota. Formerly, he was the assistant principal first violinist of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and a member of the New World Symphony in Miami Beach.

Leila Josefowicz’s passionate advocacy of contemporary music for the violin is reflected in her diverse programs and enthusiasm for performing new works. A favorite of living composers, Josefowicz has premiered many concertos, including those by Colin Matthews, Luca Francesconi, John Adams and Esa-Pekka Salonen, all written specially for her.

In 2019, Ida Kavafian completed her 35-year tenure as artistic director of the Music from Angel Fire chamber music festival in New Mexico. A frequent artist of The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center for more than 40 years and former violinist of the renowned Beaux Arts Trio, Kavafian currently performs as a soloist; in recital with her sister, violinist Ani Kavafian; as a guest with distinguished ensembles; and as a faculty member at the Curtis Institute of Music. She’s premiered many new works, toured and recorded with fiddler/composer Mark O’Connor and with jazz greats Chick Corea and Wynton Marsalis, and had a solo feature on CBS Sunday Morning. She premiered and recorded Michael Daugherty’s violin concerto Fire and Blood with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and, as a violist, toured and recorded with the Guarneri Quartet and performed with the Orion, Shanghai, and American string quartets.

Benny Kim is first violinist for the Miami String Quartet and is known for his versatility as a soloist, chamber musician, and teacher. Engagements include recital appearances at the 92nd Street Y in New York City and The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC; festival appearances in Santa Fe, Savannah, and Angel Fire; and concertos with the Chicago, Boston, and St. Louis symphony orchestras. Kim is an associate professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory, and he appears on several recordings.

A Menuhin International Violin Competition Silver Medalist, winner of the prestigious 2018 Salon de Virtuosi Career Grant, and a recent top prizewinner of the Naumburg International Violin Competition, she showcases her artistry in concertos, solo recitals, and in collaboration with distinguished chamber musicians.

Alejandro Valdepeñas joined the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra in the 2022–23 season as associate principal viola. A native of Toronto, Canada, Valdepeñas made his solo debut with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and violinist Sarah Chang at the age of nine. Recent engagements include performances and recordings with the Amici Chamber Ensemble and The Toronto Symphony Orchestra Chamber Soloists.

Toby Appel has appeared in recital and concerto performances throughout North and South America, Europe, and the Far East. He’s been a member of such renowned ensembles as TASHI and the Lenox and Audubon quartets; a guest artist with the Vermeer, Manhattan, Alexander, and Dover quartets; and a frequent guest with The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and jazz artists Chick Corea and Gary Burton. Theresa Rudolph is assistant principal viola of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and a member of The Santa Fe Opera Orchestra. She began her orchestral career at age 21, as the youngest member of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and she’s performed with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and The Cleveland Orchestra.

Violist Steven Tenenbom has established a distinguished career as a chamber musician, soloist, recitalist, and teacher. He’s worked with composer Lukas Foss and jazz artist Chick Corea, and he’s appeared as a guest artist with ensembles and organizations such as the Guarneri Quartet, Emerson String Quartet, Beaux Arts Trio, Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson Trio, and Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center.

Cellist Alastair Eng is assistant principal cello of The Santa Fe Opera Orchestra and a member of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO). Prior to joining the TSO, Eng, who was born and raised in Toronto, was associate principal cello of the Canadian Opera Company Orchestra. His playing has been described as “exquisite” (Broadway World), “a highlight” (The Classical Review), and “songfully performed” (National Post).

Since winning the Cello First Prize and Gold Medal at the XIV International Tchaikovsky Competition in 2011 at the age of 22, Narek Hakhnazaryan has performed with most major orchestras across the globe. The “dazzlingly brilliant” (The Strad) cellist also frequently performs in recital and chamber music settings, for which his playing has been described as “nothing short of magnificent” (San Francisco Chronicle).

Most recently seen as part of a trio in residence at the Wiener Konzerthaus and as a soloist with the Royal Philharmonic and Barcelona Symphony Orchestras, Hakhnazaryan opens his 2023-24 season playing chamber music of Beethoven, Mozart and Elgar with the Camerata Pacifica in venues throughout California. Abroad, he performs with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, Gran Canaria Orchestra, and Aalborg Symphony Orchestra. Alongside pianist Zhang Zuo and violinist Esther Yoo, he tours China and Europe as the Z.E.N. Trio.

Cellist Eric Kim enjoys a diverse career as a recitalist, a chamber musician, an orchestral soloist, and a teacher. He made his solo debut at age 15 with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra; since then, he’s been a featured soloist with the Cincinnati, Denver, and San Diego symphony orchestras, and he’s collaborated with conductors Alan Gilbert, Zubin Mehta, Paavo Järvi, Jesús López Cobos, Lawrence Foster, Sergiu Comissiona, Gianandrea Noseda, and Stanisław Skrowaczewski. He was also a featured soloist with the Juilliard Orchestra during the ensemble’s critically acclaimed tour of the Far East.

Keith Robinson is a founding member of the Miami String Quartet and has been active as a chamber musician, recitalist, and soloist since his graduation from the Curtis Institute of Music. Robinson has had numerous solo appearances with orchestras throughout the U.S. including the New World Symphony, The American Sinfonietta, and the Miami Chamber Symphony, and in 1989 won the P.A.C.E. “Classical Artist of the Year” Award.

Acclaimed for his inspirational performances and eloquent musicianship, Paul Watkins enjoys a remarkably varied and distinguished career as soloist, chamber musician and conductor. He regularly appears as concerto soloist with orchestras throughout the world. Recent highlights include concertos with the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig, Colorado Symphony, Hong Kong and Royal Flemish Philharmonic Orchestras, and appearances at the BBC Proms as conductor and soloist.

Mariko Wyrick, a newly-tenured member of the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra, also recently debuted with the Santa Fe Opera Orchestra.

She was born into a musical family – father Peter Wyrick and mother Amy Hiraga are members of the San Francisco Symphony and sister Mayumi is a violinist.  Mariko attended the San Francisco School of the Arts and was a co-principal of the San Francisco Youth Orchestra and a member of the Orchestra da Camera with whom she has soloed in the Dvorak and the Brahms Double concertos.

Anthony Manzo’s vibrantly interactive and highly communicative music making has made him a ubiquitous figure in the upper echelons of classical music, performing at noted venues including Lincoln Center in NYC, Boston’s Symphony Hall, and the Spoleto Festival in Charleston.

Mark Tatum is a member of The Santa Fe Opera Orchestra, principal bass of the Opera Southwest Orchestra, and assistant principal bass of the New Mexico Philharmonic.

Praised for her “superb technical acumen and sensitive musicality” (South Florida Classical Review), Grace Browning has established herself as a versatile ensemble harpist, dynamic soloist, and passionate teaching artist. Equally at home with both symphonic and operatic repertoire, Browning was appointed principal harp of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra in 2017 and The Santa Fe Opera Orchestra in 2015. She can be heard on Grammy Award–winning recordings by both ensembles: American Rapture and The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs, respectively.

Guitarist Łukasz Kuropaczewski is well on his way to becoming a major figure on the worldwide classical music scene. Born in 1981 in the small Polish town of Gniezno, Łukasz began studying guitar at the age of ten. At 13, his early talent brought him to the attention of the distinguished guitar teacher Piotr Zaleski with whom he studied from 1994-2003.

Upon receiving a Master’s degree from the Academy of Music in Wroclaw, Poland, he traveled to the U.S. on a full scholarship to study with Manuel Barrueco at the Peabody Institute, where he was awarded an Artist Diploma in 2008. During this time, he performed concerts in his native land and around the world, demonstrating his remarkable passion and precision to enthusiastic audiences.

Bart Feller is principal flute of the New Jersey Symphony and The Santa Fe Opera Orchestra. He’s performed with the New York Philharmonic, the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, and The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and he’s appeared at Bargemusic, a floating concert hall in New York City. Feller graduated from the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia and has given recitals and classes throughout the United States. Among the summer festivals he’s participated in are the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, Napa Valley Chamber Music Festival, Marlboro Music Festival, Grand Teton Music Festival, OK Mozart International Festival, and Colorado College Summer Music Festival.

Feller is a professor of flute at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, and he teaches in the Pre-College Division of The Juilliard School. He’s released three CDs: Elysian Fields, 20th-Century Duos, and Mozart Flute Quartets.

Nathan Hughes is Principal Oboe of the Metropolitan Opera and a member of the faculty at The Juilliard School.  He previously served as Principal Oboe of the Seattle Symphony and has recorded, toured, and made guest appearances as Principal Oboe with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, and San Francisco Symphony.

Robert Ingliss is principal oboe of the New Jersey Symphony and The Santa Fe Opera Orchestra. He’s premiered solo and chamber music works by numerous composers, including Milton Babbitt, Elliott Carter, Marc-André Dalbavie, Henri Dutilleux, and Charles Wuorinen. He’s performed in more than 30 countries on five continents, and, as a soloist, his engagements have included the American Symphony Orchestra, Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players, League of Composers/ISCM Chamber Players, New Jersey Symphony, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Santa Fe Pro Musica, and the Washington Square Music Festival, among others. Ingliss has taught at Columbia University, Sarah Lawrence College, SUNY Purchase, and the University of Connecticut.

Todd Palmer has appeared as a soloist, recitalist, chamber music collaborator, educator, arranger, and presenter in a variety of musical endeavors around the world. A three-time Grammy nominated artist, he has appeared as a soloist with the Atlanta, Houston, and BBC Scotland orchestras; St. Paul, New York, Cincinnati, Montréal, and Metamorphosen chamber orchestras, as well as many others.

Winner of both the Avery Fisher Career Grant (1987) and the Avery Fisher Prize (2000), David Shifrin is in constant demand as an orchestral soloist, recitalist and chamber music collaborator.

Mr. Shifrin has appeared as soloist with the Philadelphia and Minnesota Orchestras and the Dallas, Seattle, Houston, Milwaukee, Detroit, Fort Worth, Hawaii and Phoenix Symphonies, among many others in the United States, as well as with orchestras in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan.

Sue Heineman has been principal bassoonist of the National Symphony Orchestra since September 2000. Prior to joining the NSO, she held positions with the New Haven, Memphis, New Mexico, and New Zealand Symphony Orchestras.

Kelly Cornell was named associate principal horn of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra in 2012.  In 2014 she was appointed to the position of principal horn of the Santa Fe Opera. Kelly has previously been a member of the Kansas City Symphony and the Nashville Symphony and has served as a substitute in the Cincinnati Symphony, Dallas Symphony, Indianapolis Symphony, Buffalo Philharmonic, and St. Paul Chamber orchestras.

Gregory Flint is an associate professor of horn at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to his UWM appointment, he taught horn at DePaul University and brass chamber music at his alma mater, Northwestern University.

Nathaniel Silberschlag was appointed Principal Horn of The Cleveland Orchestra in 2019.  He previously served as Assistant Principal Horn of the Washington National Opera/Kennedy Center Opera House orchestra, where he was the youngest member ever to win a position with the ensemble, at the age of 19.  He completed his bachelor of music degree from New York’s Juilliard School in May 2019, where he was a student of Julie Landsman and recipient of the Kovner Fellowship.

Gregory Zuber is the principal percussionist for the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, which he joined in 1986. He’s toured the United States, Europe, and Japan with the Met, and he’s been featured with the orchestra as a concerto soloist at Carnegie Hall. He can be heard regularly on the Met’s radio broadcasts, satellite radio broadcasts, and HD movie theater broadcasts.
