Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

The Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival’s mission is to present the world’s great chamber music by bringing together the finest musicians and programs to contribute to the diverse cultural heritage of the northern New Mexican community.

The Festival celebrates empathy, creativity, openness, and tolerance. We are committed to equity and access at every level of the organization, including audience, staff, and board. In particular we seek to build audience, staff, board, and stakeholder communities encompassing, without limitation, diversity of gender, age, citizenship, ethnicity, skin color, economic background, sexual orientation and/or identity, and physical abilities.

Through community outreach and education, we aim to provide a welcoming platform for the entire Santa Fe community to gain an appreciation and love for chamber music, and to recognize its capacity to inspire genuine human interaction, communication, and exchange.
